How to brew it
Ratio 60 to 65 g/L (about 1:16.6 to 1:18). Water at 93 to 96°C. Contact time 4 to 8 minutes, depending on the brewer.
Dose 18 g, fine grind. Water at 93 to 95°C. 25 to 30 seconds for 38 to 42 g in the cup. Soft water, around 100 to 160 mg/L.
